Choosing a piece
Check the listed size, condition, photographs and description before purchasing. Designer sizing can vary, so use the supplied measurements where available. Contact us if a detail needs clarification.
Your wishlist keeps saved pieces together, but does not reserve stock. Availability is checked when you start checkout.
Payment & checkout
Payments are made through PayPal. Select Buy now on a product page or in your wishlist to continue to PayPal and complete a single-item purchase.
We ship only to the address shown on the PayPal transaction. Check that address before completing payment. Shipping is added to the product price at checkout.
Some pieces may be available for in-person purchase only. When shipping is unavailable, the listing will say so; contact us to discuss that item.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 days of purchase. Domestic orders use USPS Priority Mail with tracking and signature confirmation.
Shipping charges depend on the item and destination. Review the product’s shipping section and select your destination using the site’s Shipping to setting before checkout.
If your destination or an item’s shipping details need clarification, contact us before purchasing.
Order changes & cancellations
Contact us promptly if there is a problem with an order or its address. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
We may cancel an order if the item is no longer available or the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent. Cancelled orders are refunded in full; refunds may take 3–5 business days to process.
Returns & order issues
We do not accept returns. Please review the listing and ask any sizing or condition questions before purchasing.
If you receive the wrong item, notice a discrepancy with the listing, or have a delivery problem, contact us with your order reference and the details so we can review the issue.
For purchases made on eBay or Grailed, use that marketplace’s order messaging and support process.
